USNA- appointed class 2028 BFE received?

You are not actually "in" until you report for I-Day and get sworn in. Up until that point, you can accept whatever you want.

But ...... it is kinda a d--k move to accept more than one at the same time. Don't be that guy/girl. If you are unsure, and need more time, just wait until you make your decision. That's why they give you a cut-off date. They know many kids have multiple options. And they won't be upset if you choose a different end solution.

I was under the impression that you get a BFE after you click accept. That’s why I was wondering about all these photos of folks with multiple presentation letters from all the academies. We were super stoked to get accepted to one so I can imagine folks are very proud of their accomplishments.

My DD received BFE from USMA without accepting an appointment.
 
I never considered that the photos I have seen in the past where somebody proudly displays BFEs from USMA, USNA, USAFA, USCGA, and USMMA were because they accepted the offers to all five. That indeed is a jerk move, if that was the case.

I would only hope that if anyone did that, then their Summer training (wherever they landed) would be chock full of extra instruction doled out by their peer educators.
 
Anyone else who has already received their appointment still waiting on the BFE? My daughter received the good news on March 8, still waiting on the BFE. For reference, my son, who is in the class of 2027, received his within a week of the portal update last year. I know, I know....it's coming. Just getting excited for her. ;)

You should be receiving it soon. DS got his appointment on Feb 15, we got his Monday.
 
Hmm.. I was appointed April 2nd but to no luck yet. Anyone else in the same boat? It’s been about 5 weeks :/
 
I received mine a month and a few days after my appointment.
