USNA- appointed class 2028 BFE received?

I think they waited and sent out a large batch this week. I got my appointment Jan 13th and I know some people got their appointments in December and got their BFE in this big wave of BFEs this week.

No BFE yet, BUUUTTTTTT.... I had a discussion with my DS who got his appointment e-mail on 2-12. This is his second time applying and for him it has been NAVY or bust. Kinda makes a old ARMY dog sad and proud at the same time. He is off at college this year and will simply begin again on June 27th. This has been a journey he and i have been on together, so he has told me that he wants to wait until he is home next week to hit the I accept button on the portal with him mom and I. Cool huh. All of that is a long way to say that I ASSUME that since he has not accepted yet, he hasn't gotten a BFE yet. Perhaps the same is true if your DS or DD has not gotten a BFE. Looking forward to I Day.
 
That is so nice of him to wait until he is with you to press accept. I know how amazing it was to watch our DS do it in person. Yes, he did indeed accept. As a military family for many years… we know that some things/people can fall through the cracks
If they don’t check on things… hence just checking to see if those appointed around the same time received it. We DID finally get ours this week! Looking forward to I-day too!
 
My kiddo got his appointment in the portal and a call from our congressman the week before Christmas (best present ever). He has not received a BFE yet.

You may call or email Noms/Appointment Department
 
I see a few folks that have multiple BFE from different SA - is it okay to “accept” the appointment from more than one? Is there another level of committing to your chosen SA beyond this first level?

They send the BFE once you get offered an appointment, even if you haven't accepted the appointment yet.
