NAPS24 - USNA28 appointments going out

I figured I'd check the forum, remembering just how stressful last year was for us all as our son eagerly awaited word on his fully qualified admission status. It was definitely a long stressful stretch, but this forum was so helpful. We will always appreciate that. My son is in the current NAPS class. He received his NAPS offer on June 6th! (AND D-DAY) Yes, from start to finish, it was a LONG wait, especially for him. And as everyone said, don't give up hope because it can still happen even at the LAST possible minute. Fast forward, they are now nearly finished at NAPS. He did excellent academically, no discipline problems, and he received his Naval Academy offer this past Monday. Yes, he accepted it!! They have Pass in Review and the Graduation Ball tomorrow. They graduate on Friday. Then comes Academy I-DOC on July 25th. Moral of the post: STAY POSITIVE AND DON'T GIVE UP...EVER!
