3rd grade IEP, exited beginning 4th grade. Does that certify as a DQ? And if so is that something that can be wavered!

Depends on the wording of the DODMERB question. If it’s like “have you EVER been given an IEP?” then you’d have to check yes for that…

Ooh good point, it could be worded as “have you had an IEP after the age of ____?”
