Hey y'all - I just took my CFA, and am very anxious about whether or not I passed (mostly my mile time). I am a male. I'll post my scores below, and if anyone has access to the score calculator or any personal experience with their scores I would greatly appreciate it:

62.3 foot basketball throw
13 pull-ups
9.16 second shuttle run
87 sit-ups
70 push-ups
7:39 mile.

hello. I am a female and these are my scores, but I received an email from the AFA admissions saying that if I get accepted, I will have difficulty with they physical demands and to retake the CFA. Any input??

42 foot basketball throw
8.6 sec flex hang (I injured my back so I can't do this properly)
9.5 second shuttle run
93 sit-ups
45 push-ups
7:33 mile.

How far are you from the injury resolving and being able to increase your flex arm hang or do one or more pull ups?

The only score that looks really troublesome is the flex arm hang.

Definitely continue to improve your stamina and strength right up until you report for I Day. Showing up and struggling physically is not a recipe for success.

IMHO those are very solid scores and it's definitely just the flexed arm hang. The run is fine, but because of the altitude, being better at running will never be a bad thing.

Did your evaluator put down that you had a back injury that negatively impacted your test?
If not, then you MUST contact your counseling team and advise them. Get a doctor's report, etc., and a prognosis for recovery. If a doctor says "she's got a pulled back muscle; it should be good in 45 days..." then they may "extend" your deadline to accommodate. However, if they don't know about this they won't.

Reach out and see what they say.
