Do you have his permission to post his email on this forum and to identify him as the source? If not, you posting it seems unseemly at best. BGOs are volunteers, and I'm guessing they don't appreciate their private communications being made public.

I agree. I’m going to hope you received permission to post the BGO email. Our society functions on a strong element of trust. In whatever career or walk of life you find yourself in the future, please jealously guard that trust.
