Summer Seminar Payment

Hello, I have been accepted to attend the USAFA Summer Seminar and I am really excited but I haven't received the payment email. I have completed the required forms but still have no info about payment. Does anyone know how long the expected waiting time would be or when it would be sent out? It's already been over 1 1/2 weeks so I am getting nervous about it.

For this kind of stuff the best thing you can do is call/email the admissions office and ask directly.
 
I wouldn't get too worried about this just yet. If you have been accepted and have your details then they will get to payment. Admissions has their hands kind of full right now and I'm sure they will get you everything you need in plenty of time. Enjoy your visit and good luck with your future application. If you haven't been out to USAFA yet the size of the place and its location/views will blow you away.

I saw that I had a Mentor ALO so I sent them a message but I got no reply, and that too was around a week ago.

I was reading in some forums from last year, and most people said the Summer Seminar payment email won't come out until early May. I'm also going to Summer Seminar this June, so I'm waiting just as anxiously as you are hahah.

This isn’t the kind of thing the mentor ALO would likely be able help you with. You would want to contact the admissions office directly since it is an administrative question.

Shoot the admissions office an email but give them a little time, there is a lot going on right now. DS had the same issue last year and we too worried. EVerything worked out just fine. He went to SS and had a great time. If your experience is anything like ours, this won't be your last snag to work through. Good luck, congratulations and enjoy!
