Hey, all, just a few minor questions, mostly for piece of mind. I recently submitted all of my materials to the portal(yay!). But my written application is still showing incomplete, despite needing 100% completion to submit, and my extracurricular validation, which was showing as received yesterday, is now showing as not received. The first step is usually to contact my admissions officer, but I didn't want to send an email to an already busy person if it could be answered here.
 
Call your Admissions Counselors, they know what's really going on in the portal. They are always happy to help.
 
It won't change to complete until the admissions officer actually verifies that everything - like actually looks at it. Then it is ready to go before the admission board. That's how my DS admissions counselor explained it to us.

From my DS's experience - wait a few days to see if the missing EC validation reappears as a check. If not, email admissions. This happened with my son's transcript, despite it being sent a month earlier (at least) and having been checked as received since then. One day, it just showed an X and not received. After he contacted admissions, he was told they did NOT have it. He re-sent and although it still shows as an X, he has an email confirmation that they have it now. Strange. Just need to be vigilant.
