Hello everyone,
I am currently a homeschooled senior in high school who has been committed to joining the military for years. I am in the process of applying to USMA, USNA, and USAFA, as well as AROTC, NROTC-Marine Option, and AFROTC. I appreciate the extensive knowledge and experience that is possessed by the members of this forum and I would appreciate and advice or insight that can be provided about how to further strengthen my applications or about how to navigate this process as a homeschooler.

Academics:
- ACT superscore: 32 (35 english, 26 math, 36 reading, 31 science, 8 writing). My highest individual composite score is 30.
- 3.71 Unweighted GPA
- I will have taken Honors Chemistry, Statistics, and Calculus by the time I graduate high school.
- I am currently taking English Composition 1 and Physics 1 at a local community college.
- Four years Varsity Cross Country
- Three years Varsity Basketball
- One year captain of an additional basketball team.
- Boys State attendee
- Army Cadet program (I am about to start my second year of the program and anticipate becoming a squad leader this year.)
- Church Worship Team member
- Youth Praise Band leader and member
- Junior Achievement
- Monthly leadership development seminar participant
- Naval Academy Summer Seminar
- Volunteer at community events with the Army Cadets (4-40 hours per event)
- Help with load in/load out for artists at a local free music venue (2-5 hours per event)
- Church Worship Team (7-10 hours a week, 2-4 weeks a month)
- Youth Praise Band member/leader (1-3 hours a week)
- Many service projects through my youth group (2-20 hours per event)

Employment Experience:
- Dishwasher/line cook at a local restaurant (I've worked there almost 1.5 years, 10-20 hours a week)
- Lifeguard (I've worked as a lifeguard for just over three months, 4-25 hours a week)
