Ok, I see where you are coming from. Let me word if a bit differently. I've done a whole lot of research into TAMU. I want to double major in Com Sci and International Studies(politics and diplomacy track). They have a great undergrad program for both majors and The Bush School of Government and Public Service is a great masters program for international affairs. I've gone to a small private school my whole life(they're 50 kids in my graduating class this year) and that's great for some people but I see more advantages in a big school(more professors, resources, etc.) I'm pretty sure I would fit in good at TAMU based off my personality(not going more into detail). What I meant by student loans/scholarships are not priorities, I guess I meant to say that I have multiple plans to pay for schooling already, so right now, I just want to get into TAMU. Also with The Citadel, I know a lot about the school from multiple perspectives(admissions, cadets, etc.). I've grown up around it my whole life. I only decided to apply to The Citadel after that football game because originally, I resented the idea of going to school 30 mins from where I live but when I went down to the campus again and saw the game, I decided to apply and that I should not judge the school because I live too close to it.
Thanks for the info again, I hope that clears some things up. I didn't mean for it to sound like I knew nothing about TAMU or El Cid haha.
