CGAS Question

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I did some research online but I wasn't able to find an answer to this question. I'm currently CGAS waitlisted but I applied to several service academies this year and was curious if I were to attend a prep school through CGAS, would there an opportunity to apply to all service academies or is it binding to CGA upon completion of the CGAS program?
