Can a 3yr AROTC scholarship transfer twice? A current HS senior selecting a school of his choice, but a different campus must file a transfer. However, he has a desire to transfer to another school after freshman year in which he was deferred this year. Can he transfer again, which will be when scholarship actually executes?

It’s possible but the odds are essentially 0. Not only has the deadline technically passed for submitting a transfer request… submitting two burns alot of bridges, and shows indecisiveness. I’d say contact the ROO and go from there if not there’s always doing freshman year then transferring afterwards.
