Thank you. He was already leaning towards USMMA before USNA TD came out. He is very happy with his choice, though he does want to commission at this point. But four years is a long time to change your mind. I'd be happy either way.

Just checked the portal. Turned down. Which is fine. Because the DS was leaning towards USMMA anyways. Now he can accept the USMMA appointment.

Same here. We live in the suburbs (son's graduating class is 2000 strong) and still none of our friends had heard or know anything about SAs. Wish we had found this forum earlier.

Thank you. No matter the outcome, I am glad I joined this forum and got to know so many positive, motivated people. It made me feel less lonely as a parent. No one in our circle know anything about SAs and this has been a blessing.
