Summer Transition - VMI

VMI Summer Transition Program (STP) is designed to improve the academic and physical fitness of incoming cadets.

For the upcoming class -- consider STP. You will stay in barracks with 10-15 cadet counselors and get to workout, learn to navigate post, get a class knocked out and meet peers. You don't get much time for that in the fall semester. These workouts are sorted by ability - so don't worry about it! It is worth it!!!!!!!!
