Link below is to a suggested 10 week training program developed by the VMI PE Department to help you get ready for the VFT(Pullups; Situps;1-1/2 run). This is found on the VMI web site but is buried in the New Cadet section of the site. - if you are heading to VMI and you aren't following a regular PT program- this is a good one to consider - and it's a good time to start!
