Process for waiver/ Portal questions

On the DODMERB site under "14. What is a Medical Waiver and what is the process? it states

• Your medical examination and any additional information DoDMERB received and uploaded to your account is sent directly to the Waiver Authority of the commissioning program to which you have applied.

The portal status is pending. The Medical Exam Status shows Disqualified. DODMERB site says waiver under review.

However...I just noticed on the portal by the check marks that the Medical Exam shows nothing under "received by USNA"......

Were we supposed to send the medical exam to admissions? I am confused as DODMERB states it will be sent by them?

DODMERB handles all medical information. I would reach out to your case manager and make sure they have everything they asked for. We submitted all the information they requested for a waiver, about 3 weeks later they asked for it again. We reached out to our case manager and she found the issue and took care of it. If we would have ignored that email, thinking it was a mistake because we had already sent everything, he would have never had a chance. We are still waiting to hear about his waiver approval or denial but at least we know they have everything they requested.
