Does anyone know when the report date for NAPS comes out?

I don't know when it will be released, but from a quick Google search, it looks like it is usually in the days leading up to USNA I-day (June 27th for the class of '28). I've heard people mention that it's the day before, but I'm not sure that's true
Those who graduate NAPS and offered an appt to USNA generally report one day prior to I Day.
