I can only speak from my experience. I was told the decision was made on a friday but verbal notification did not occur till the following Tues/Wed then it appeared in Bears Den a few days after that. In this particular case the coach reached out so that likely accelerated notification.

Yesterday DD received a phone call from Coach. She was informed they made decisions on Friday and her Admissions Officer was supposed to call but did not, so Coach took it upon to make the call before it appeared in her Bear's Den. Best of luck to everyone, decision are coming soon!

They are posted on the USCGA website and are assigned a specific region of the country which is clearly noted. Find the one that is in charge of your region and email them. You will see all of the information there and I have found they are relatively quick to respond.
