My son was a little disappointed, but I encouraged him to work harder and to remember what has been said on other forums about USNA Summer Stem being an outreach program. Luckily we have other camps available to us, though he would have loved to do this one. Good luck to your son in the future...

Actually, for some reason the email didn’t go through but the rejection letter was received by my son 21 hours ago. At least now we have an answer and can plan for the summer accordingly

Did you get a copy of this too or just DS? I guess the rest of us who haven’t heard anything yet were rejected but haven’t been emailed yet

I knoww… I just wish we had an answer already. It looks like in the past people had gotten in off the waitlist later on.

Same here! My son found out about the program late, so did not apply until the first week of March. Saw that some applicants were already being notified at that time. Hoping we hear back soon either way (they said by the end of April).
